• Job and estimate data: job names, line items, prices, statuses, and change orders you create.

We use the information above to operate and improve the Service, including generating client-facing estimate and change-order pages, sending you login links, and providing support when you contact us.

4. Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment card details directly; JobTally does not receive or store your full card number.

5. Data About Your Clients

As part of using JobTally, you may enter personal information about your own clients (name, contact details, address). You are the party responsible for that information and for having an appropriate basis to share it with us; JobTally processes it solely on your behalf, to provide the Service to you.

We retain your account, client, and job data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at jobtallyapp@gmail.com.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including per-account data access restrictions, to help protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
